The Auckland Racing Club in conjunction with New Zealand Bloodstock has confirmed the six race programme for the Karaka Million twilight meeting on Saturday, January 27, 2018.
“The ARC and NZB are thrilled with the programme for the Karaka Million twilight meeting, which includes two $1 million races plus four Group Races,” ARC executive general manager of racing and operations Craig Baker said.
The meeting will feature the Karaka Million ($1,000,000), Karaka Million 3YO Classic ($1,000,000), Gr.2 Westbury Classic, Gr.3 City Of Auckland Cup, Gr.3 Concorde Handicap and the Gr.3 Mr Tiz Trophy.
“The night will be a great prelude to the 92nd National Yearling Sales Series, which commences on Sunday, January 28, 2018,” Baker said.
